Archden can serve as a single contract entity for your construction project, leading a dedicated team of partner architects, engineers, and consultants, along with our subcontractors and construction team, to reach the end result within the budget and timeline you need.
Construction Management
As a Construction Manager-Agency (CM), Archden can offer complete management of your project as a true independent agent of your interests. Many clients find this delivery model preferable, as they retain a large amount of control over the construction process decisions. The owner holds the subcontracts and purchasing agreements directly, with the CM lending their expertise on a fee basis to manage the process.
Construction Consulting
Not everyone has spent their career wearing a hardhat.
